Party Essentials to Ensure a Magical Event

When planning an unforgettable event with Christine's Creative Co., preparation is key! To ensure we provide the top-quality experience you and your guests deserve, certain items are essential. These requirements help us maintain the magic and ensure everything runs smoothly, rain or shine.


Here's what we need to create enchanting moments at your event:


1. A Table

  • A table measuring at least 4 feet x 6 feet is required to set up our supplies and materials.

  • If you don’t have one, no worries! We can provide a table for an additional fee.


2. Chairs

  • Face Painting: Two chairs are needed – one for the painter and one for the guest.

  • Balloon Twisting: One chair is sufficient for the balloon artist.

    If chairs aren’t available, let us know, and we can bring them along for a small fee.


3. Shade or Shelter (for Outdoor Events)

To protect our materials and ensure our team’s comfort, we require:

  • A tent or guaranteed shade for the entire duration of the event.

  • If rain is expected, a tent must be provided, or arrangements should be made to move our setup indoors.


4. Lighting

Good lighting is vital to our work! If your event is in a dimly lit area or runs into the evening, please ensure:

  • Adequate artificial lighting is available.

  • Sufficient shade to protect our supplies from direct sunlight, which can affect their quality.


5. Temperature Accommodations

Extreme temperatures can impact both our performers and materials. Here’s how we handle different conditions:

  • Above 85°F: Performers and supplies must be accommodated indoors.

  • Below 40°F: Performers and supplies must be accommodated indoors or adequate heating must be provided.


6. Weather Conditions

Rain, wind, or snow can quickly dampen the mood (and our supplies). To keep the magic alive:

  • If precipitation is forecasted, a tent is a must, or our setup must move indoors.

  • These measures aren’t just about convenience—they're crucial to ensuring the quality, safety, and enjoyment of our services. Whether it’s dazzling face painting, whimsical balloon twisting, or sparkling glitter tattoos, these essentials make all the difference!
