How to Calculate the Cost of Your Event with Christine's Creative Co.

Planning an event is exciting, and we’re here to help you create an unforgettable experience for your guests. To ensure transparency and ease, we’ve broken down our pricing structure so you can calculate the cost of your event effortlessly. Let’s dive into the details!


Base Service Cost


  • Balloon Twisting, Face Painting, Glitter Tattoo, and Airbrush Tattoo Events start at $150 per hour [2 hours minimum]

  • Costumed Events are $200 per hour [2 hours minimum]

  • Stilt Walking Events are $250 per hour [2 hours minimum]


Example Calculation:

2-hour event: $150 x 2 hours = $300 **Prices subject to change without notice


  1. Additional Costs


  • Travel Fee (If Applicable)

    We charge a travel fee for events calculated from our Central Massachusetts location. Note: We’ll confirm the exact travel fee once you provide the event address.

Here’s the breakdown:

  • 0–30 minutes: $15

  • 31–45 minutes: $30

  • 46 minutes–1 hour: $45

  • For every additional 15 minutes beyond an hour, add $15.


Example Calculation:

If your event is 40 minutes away: $30 **Prices subject to change without notice



  • Tables and Chairs (If Needed)

    If you’re unable to provide a 4x6 table and two chairs, we can bring them for an additional $50 flat fee.

  1. ***Non-Refundable Initial Payment***

To reserve your event date, a $100 non-refundable initial payment is required. This payment goes toward the total event cost and secures your booking. **Prices subject to change without notice


Total Event Cost Calculation

To make things even easier, here’s a simple formula to calculate your event cost:

*Gratuities are not required but always appreciated as a thank-you for our team’s hard work!*


Example Total Cost

Let’s say you’re booking a 2-hour event located 45 minutes from our Central MA base and requesting costumed performers. You’ll also provide the table and chairs.

  • Service Cost: $200 x 2 = $400

  • Travel Fee: $30

  • Tables and Chairs Fee: $0 (provided by client)

  • Total Cost: $400 + $30 = $430
